Conserved by the High Peaks Alliance, Mosher Hill Falls is just minutes from downtown Farmington. Recognized as a ‘Community Gem’ in the State of the High Peaks Report, this 199-acre community forest stands as a testament to local stewardship. It safeguards one of the region’s most impressive waterfalls: a 45-foot cascade. Beyond the falls, the property protects clean water sources and wildlife habitat, along with an informal trail that invites exploration year-round.

Mosher Hill Falls offers beauty, solitude, and natural wonder in every season. Come discover it and help us keep it wild and welcoming for generations to come.

Trailhead: 678 Mosher Hill Rd, Farmington
Parking: Available across the street from the trailhead
Trail Length: ~ 0.1 miles to the falls, 0.5 miles if you take the loop and depending on where you cross the stream.
Trail Description: Informal streamside loop trail. Improvements to the trail surface, blazing, and signage are planned.
Difficulty: Moderate
Family Friendly: Yes, but supervise children closely around the falls and stream.
